Pros: Beautiful location and resort with lovely friendly staff. Loved everything about it.

Pros: The beach is nice and the rooms are very comfortable.

Cons: The food variety at the buffet.

It was a pretty nice stay.

Pros: I liked the 3 course meals at Ergos and also the night entertainment.

Cons: I had lost my glasses and sadly very few staff attempted to assist.

Overall enjoyable, would probably stay again

Pros: Nightly entertainment was very good. Staff was quite friendly and the property is nicely maintained

Cons: Food was only ok and there were flies at the buffet area. The disco goes on until 2 a.m. so it was hard to sleep because of the noise on Saturday night

Pros: I loved the room, the coffee Shop and animation team

Cons: I didn’t like the welcome staff, the bell boy was not so friendly and linda.

Pros: All the staff tha facilities the food was excellent the room was cleaned and the person at the hotel friendly and service was excellent

Pros: Excelente el lugar cerca de la ciudad y con todos los servicios personal muy amable ! Unica recomendacion tener más sombrillas en el área de las piscinas de resto todo cool

Pros: El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones y sus atenciones

Cons: No me gustó para nada que haya que pagar por llegar a las 11 am aunque la habitación la entreguen a las 3 pm deben de ceder que el huésped pueda ir disfrutando , en la mayoría de los hoteles son así viajo con mucha frecuencia y aparte de eso luego a las 4 es que nos entregaron la habitación porque no estaba lista , ya que las habitaciones nunca están lista a tiempo deben de recompensar siempre al huésped , no pierden nada el dejar pasar al huésped a disfrutar de las instalaciones de verdad muy desencantada , fui en el 2021 y no fue así , y el restaurante bufet deberían de pasarlo nuevamente a la playa es otro tipo de relajación , también deben de tener más animación en la piscina más música

Lo bueno se repite siempre

Pros: Es mi 4ta vez visitando el hotel y simpre me encuentro bien, nunca eh tenido problema el servicio es muy bueno, esta vez en el check in nos servio kevin y fue excelente servido al igual que edwar el maletero. Y volveria sin duda alguna en los proximos años. Buen servio, buena comida, intalaciones de primera y cerca de la ciudad.
