We had perfect stay.

Pros: Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Staff very kind and helpful. Hotel is situated in the beautiful tropical garden. All experience was fantastic.

Pros: Very nice territory, green and clear. a quiet place without road noise. Great spacier room, bath, and terrace. Beachside with clear sand and a lot of places for rest.

Cons: Please use more vegetables with breakfast, I think its easy! And one thing, and very specific I felt a smell every time in my room. That was something like after animals, but stuff tried to do everything they could. Appreciate it!

A gem 1 hour drive from Santo Domingo

Pros: This is a gem 1 hour drive from Santo Domingo : calm, comfortable, clean, beautiful ! The room is actually a small apartment which is perfect for a family with a baby.

Cons: We experienced a rude and racist behaviour from one of the morning shift waiter. We believe it is an exception as all the other staff members were adorable. The bed was to soft for us.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at

Pros: The service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The food was superb. The hotel has several pools and a beautiful beach. There is a genuinely relaxed and classy atmosphere. It was easily the best hotel experience and the best holiday I've ever had.

Cons: I can't criticise this place at all.

Una estancia cómoda y muy tranquila

Pros: Es cómodo, muy tranquilo y el Restaurante Gaspar es excelente, buenas comidas, buenas atenciones. Hay que destacar la calidad del chef Rodolfo y la camarera Georgina

Cons: El restaurante El embarcadero que esta ubicado en la playa es un desastre. No hay organización en el servicio de camareros, llevan la comida equivocada a los comensales. La comida es tan mala que la dejamos y tuvimos que ir a cenar a otro restaurante.
