Lovely hotel but need to sort out service in resaurant

Pros: Hotel was lovely, pool great. Reception staff very helpful

Cons: Service in restaurant was awful. Breakfast not too bad service wise but lunch and dinner not good at all. We had to ask to place our order a number of times, ordered drinks and they took forever to get them in fact we had to ask again for them. Once our food order was eventually taken it then took a good 45 mins for it to be delivered although when we did get it it was nice

Pros: The property is well kept the staff are excellent. It feels isolated but if you walk to the local town or even better take the hotel buggy there is a great beach bar area with great food

Pros: The hotel was everything and more for my family and I! We never wanted to leave! The rooms and bed were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional in their service! You will definitely have a great time staying at this hotel- I will make it my business to go back!

Cons: Bad location, no beach, very expensive tours, the resurant is not great... More about the location- all the beaches around are not nice. Generally speaking, la romana isn't that nice.... bayahibe is nice, the rest is bad, feels unsafe

Pros: Hotel ubicado cerca de la playa en La Romana. Zona de exterior con piscina muy agradable. Hamacas y música para relajarte en la piscina. Carta del bar y restaurante con buena relación calidad/precio. Camas cómodas.

Durchaus empfehlenswert und P/L stimmt

Pros: Lage sehr gut. Poolwelt und Nähe zu kleinem Meerstrand perfekt. Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken ebenfalls sehr gut. Lediglich Lage falls man extern essen möchte etwas außerhalb und deshalb ist man auf Mietwagen oder Taxi angewiesen.

Cons: Ankunft nach langem Flug von Deutschland um 23.30 Uhr und da gab es nichts mehr zu essen und zu trinken. Empfang war auch eher unterkühlt. Das Frühstückspersonal ist aber sehr angenehm!

Fantastic!!! Perfect stay before our cruise!

Pros: We absolutely loved this property. The rooms were so clean and updated as well as the entire property. The staff was very helpful with our transfer to the cruise terminal and the cost was fair. The food on the property was delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons: Our only small complaints were the long time it took to check into the hotel and the language barrier throughout our stay.
