Most amazing place to stay when in DR

Pros: Comfortable, big rooms, good for work-action. Internet in rooms is solid. Staff at the reception is very friendly. Beach is nice.
Cons: Food at the restaurant is not great and super expensive. If you don’t have a car/scooter it’s hard to find other food. Taxis are expensive and supermarket is not walkable. Almost no other dinner restaurants in walkable distance. Around 5-6pm they ‘close’ the beach and you can’t get any towels/mattresses for the sun beds any more.

Hotel woow. Service leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher.
Pros: Schönes Hotel mit sauberem Garten und schönen Pools. Gute Einrichtungen zb. 24 h Medzentrum im Hotel nebenan sowie Tennisplätze etc.
Cons: Die Whirlpools sind nicht so sauber und auch nicht gefüllt. Mann muss dies zuerst in Auftrag geben. So konnten wir ihn erst in der zweiten Nacht nützen. Der Betrag der Übernachtungen für unsere Reisegruppe wurde nicht wie auf Booking angegeben erst bei Ankunft belastet sondern vorher- wir wollten in Bar bezahlen weil wir eine grössere Gruppe waren und es so sehr umständlich für uns war. Mehrere Banküberweisungen auf das belastete Konto. Auch war in einem Bad kein warmes Wasser und der Ablauf verstopft. Trotz mehreren Reklamationen hab es null Entgegenkommen nicht mal eine Entschuldigung der Reception. Also Service leider überhaupt nicht mehr 5 Sterne !

Lujoso y relajante hotel a pie de playa
Pros: Atardeceres preciosos en la playa, muy buen trato del personal.
Cons: No disponen de habitaciones con 2 camas separadas y el colchón de la cama doble no aisla a las dos personas lo suficiente para lo esperable en un hotel de esta calidad y precio. Cuidado si te despiertan facilmente los movimientos de otra persona. El restaurante es bastante caro para la calidad que ofrece.

Perfecta!
Pros: Muy limpio, el personal muy atento y responde rápido a cualquier solicitud. Muy bonita el área externa y en la misma playa
Cons: Me gustó todo. La única observación es caminar en el área de la piscina. A pesar de que se ve muy bonito es incómodo.

Pros: El restaurante beach club me encantó. Muy agradable para desayunar, comer o cenar, cerca del mar, y con buen servicio. La playa donde está ubicado el hotel es preciosa, de las mejores, si no la mejor de Samana
Cons: Que no tuvieran a partir de las 23.00h ningún servicio para poder tomarte algo de comer o beber, ni en las instalaciones del hotel, ni servicio de habitaciones. Asesoramiento pobre sobre planes fuera del hotel

Pros: La tranquilidad del lugar y la amabilidad de todo su personal
Cons: La oferta gastronómica era bastante escasa. Solo tenían el restaurante de la palapa con una carta bastante escasa, así que se hacía un poco repetitivo

Pros: Great staff, from the welcoming team to everyone we met during our stay. The beach was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious, breakfast à la carte was included, and the food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely come back.
Cons: The elevator was out of service for the entire duration of our stay, and it was a little hard for my 88-year-old father to use the stairs.

Estancia de ensueño
Pros: Todo! Literalmente superó con nota nuestras expectativas, las instalaciones, todo tan cuidado, el gym, la piscina espectacular, el restaurante fantástico, el desayuno exquisito y super completo, la comida súper rica, la playa es un paraíso, la habitación súper amplia y limpia y la amabilidad de su personal.
Cons: No podría decía nada que no me haya gustado
