Pros: Perfect spot to walk to playa Bonita , staff is really good also the food.

Cons: the lightning in the bedroom was kind of dark, is expensive to go to the town at night.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable and definitely good value for money. There are a few dogs and cats that the hotel staff cares for. They are well fed, get regular vet checkups and not a bother at all. There are lots of mosquitos but that is just the area and the humid weather. There are calmer beaches at a short walking distance but the one where the hotel is located is great for surfing. The food is also quite nice.

Pros: Location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful surf break and we loved being able to swim at the beach. If you walk to the west around the corner there is a beautiful beach with super calm waters. There was a sweet momma dog with her puppies and we appreciated the staff being kind to her and her pups. The restaurant had pretty decent food, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning.

Cons: Most of the staff was friendly, but some of them were quite rude. The ones that were friendly were excellent, and luckily there was only a couple rude ones but still it made the experience not the best when those ones were working.

Could be excellent service is slow which lets eveything down.

Cons: The service for drinks and food are slow! I would urge the management to resolve this either the kitchen is too small or the service is too slow or more staff are required. But everything else is great !! If service was also good it would be hard to fault

Pros: The location was great on the beach, and the size and atmosphere, especially as nightfall approached, were really special. The breakfast was good, and the food offering in the restaurant was more than satisfactory. Liked the overall feeling in this place, there is a surf school on site, and it has a really active and bustling vibe, which many places in DR dont always have.

Cons: The general staff service was generally poor. Most of the servers were pleasant enough when you managed to attract their attention, which was difficult most of the time. We were there in November, which is not a busy season, but one member of staff told us that in the next few months, getting served will get worse. If they could get this part right, they have a gem!! But the relaxed atmosphere detracts from waiting times. I get the sense that all the staff would benefit from greater empowerment. The welcome I received at the reception was underwhelming, and there was a slight attitude, which is not ideal as a first impression. Having said this, the overall place is a great find!! and i would return

Pros: This was one of the nicest holiday place I stayed, with great food, great location.

Pros: The location is absolutely amazing — right on the beach, with stunning nature all around.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel and its surroundings are not well maintained. Right at the entrance, on the flowerbeds, I saw plastic bottles, bags, and other trash, which really gives the impression of poor housekeeping. Another major issue was the behavior of some guests, particularly groups of Italians. They would “reserve” beach chairs by leaving towels and personal belongings on them for hours, while going back to their rooms. This meant that other guests could not use the chairs, even though the hotel officially claims there is no reservation policy. The staff didn’t seem to do anything about it, which was very disappointing. Overall: A beautiful location with huge potential, but the experience was ruined by poor cleanliness and the lack of control over guest behavior on the beach.

Pros: Clean and warm environment with quick access to the beach, bar and restaurant nicely decorated with lounge chairs and daybeds to relax during the day

Pros: An absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was fantastic – the beach was beautiful, perfect for relaxing or surfing. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooms were stylish, very clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the romantic atmosphere – perfect for couples! There were also lots of great places nearby to explore, everything was easy to reach. A special thanks to the staff: I forgot my passport and had to come back from Punta Cana. They immediately contacted me when they found it, actively looked for solutions, and even offered me another room at a reduced rate. Such kindness and dedication are truly rare. Also worth mentioning: the dogs and cats are very well looked after and are a lovely addition to the place. Especially the little black dog missing one lip – such a cutie and full of character! We will definitely be back!
