Nice

Pros: Room was large, hotel is overall tidy. Generally the furniture is on the older side but at this price range it does exactly what I expected it to. Great location near the beach too, however if you plan to chill in your room during the day, there's a busy road right under the windows and it gets very loud. It gets quieter after sunset.

Pros: Large and spacious bed, very good linens, very good cleanliness, working elevator. It's about 1km from the beach and has several restaurants with live music nearby, at reasonable prices in dollars, and you can eat well. A meal costs around 750 to 1500 pesos. There's also a karaoke bar reasonably close by, and a casino as well.

Cons: The bathroom gets flooded... the water didn't get hot on the first day, but it worked very well afterwards. The bathroom water seems to have pressure that periodically sends a very strong jet of water, which floods the bathroom. There's no shampoo and it gives a slight feeling that the water isn't clean.

Pros: The location is great, 10 minute walk from the beach, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was okay (menu style), rooms are spacious and light. Overall a good value for the money.

Pros: The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi worked well. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. The hotel was near a private beach, which was a huge plus, and we enjoyed having WiFi and cocktails while relaxing by the water.

Cons: TV remote didn’t work —but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway!

Pros: Big and comfortable beds, central location not very far from the beach, street with a lot of restaurants, clean and big room, great breakfast.

Cons: Sometimes a bit noisy due to traffic

Pros: The hotel truly met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. It took about 6 minutes to walk to the beach, but the walk was actually quite pleasant. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room on the last day, and even though we were staying only one more night, the hotel accommodated us by changing our room. The breakfast was also very tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and new towels provided daily. WiFi was extra fast! Only words of praise, truly! We also had a situation where our reservation at another hotel was canceled upon landing at the airport. Fortunately, we were able to book Green Coast Hotel the same evening for a 9-night stay.

A recently renovated hotel with nice staff. Small details need be addressed.

Pros: Staff: The team is incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. Special thanks to Dani at the front desk and Carmen from reservations for their patience and exceptional efforts in resolving my issue. Room: The room was large. Facilities: Guests have access to the sister hotel and its beachfront restaurant.

Cons: Payment Policy: Although the booking website states that no prepayment is required, the hotel charges the full amount through a third-party financial institution as an authorization immediately after booking. While this may be standard practice in Punta Cana during peak tourist seasons, it is not clearly explained on the hotel's webpage, which led to unnecessary confusion. Amenities: Unfortunately, our room did not come with a hairdryer or coffee maker.

Nice hotel

Pros: It's a nice hotel. Near to everything. The bed is very comfy and big. Breakfast is tasty but not too much variety

Overall it was a nice stay.

Pros: Fransisco from front desk was super helpful and welcoming. The lady cooking the breakfast and the waitress were also nice.

Cons: The room should have the small towels in the bathroom, extra towels, extra toilet paper and a iron.

Excellent location and strategic point to move around Punta Cana

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, a few options but the quality was superb.

Cons: The bathroom shower was a little uncomfortable.
