Pros: Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Clean room.

Pros: I loved that there was 24 hour check-in available since my flight came in around midnight. The reception clerk was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the optional (additional $) breakfast in the morning. Overall, for the price point, this apart-hotel exceeds expectations. It's a budget hotel; however, it was clean, the decorations fun, and it was close to some really great restaurants and public access to the Playa Cortecito.

Pros: We stayed in the room called Monét. The room was spacious, with a small balcony, on the second floor. The room had AC, a closet, fridge, kitchenette, safe, smart TV (with Netflix). Location was very good, central, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the closest beach. There was free drinking water, as the tap water is not drinkable. There was 5 USD breakfast, which was basic, but perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable. Internet worked fine. There were no bugs or insects.

Cons: It was a bit worn down, you could see some rust in the bathroom. Then again, you get what you pay for. There was no hot water (lukewarm at best). You have to be careful with the toilet, as it gets clogged very easily, but as long as you don’t throw excessive amount of toilet paper in it, it’s fine. AC was interesting - no matter the temperature on it, at some point the room got very cold. We had to contantly switch it on and off during the night.

Pros: It was my second time in RD and second time I choosed this hotel and I was very satisfied of my stay. Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. Definitely I could recommend it to all travelers.
