Pros: Beautiful location, luxurious, comfortable and intimate bungalows, unbeatable views and great staff.

Cons: Extras (like cayo trips) can be managed more seamlessly for the price.

Amazing and magical place and amazing staff

Pros: The place was absolutely magical! Peaceful and stunningly beautiful. It was the most enchanting and gorgeous beach we saw in the Dominican Republic, with such a special atmosphere. The staff was amazing and incredibly kind! They helped us with everything we needed, and for our vegan friend, they specially prepared dishes according to our explanations and went above and beyond for her. It was a real pleasure staying there!

Cons: The shower is a little bit small and old

Pros: This place was an absolute dream! We only stayed one night and instantly wished we had booked more. Everything was perfect — the cozy room, the delicious food, the cocktails, the stunning views, and the magical sunset. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. The service was wonderful too. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel in Punta Rusia

Pros: We liked the fact that it was in front of the beach. The food at the restaurant was very good. Service is good.

Cons: Lounge chair mattress were not clean and most of the towels had a lot of stains.

Lovely Beach holiday in beautiful sorroundings.

Pros: Beautiful Beach and the hutt were just 30 metres from the sea. Nice restaurant and pool area with view to the sea. Nice neighborhood with restaurants along the coast.

Pros: The perfect location. All by itself on a long stretch of white sand. No adjacent hotels, and just a few private properties. The resort was maintained extremely well. A large crew cleaned and raked the beach section every day. Restaurant menu was varied with excellent options for our 7-day stay. We liked the Saturday night bbq on the beach. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was peaceful and quiet, no noisy music, no ski-doos or other watercraft. Price for a week's accommodation plus food/bar extremely reasonable.

Cons: Maybe the 2 1/2 hour drive on bumpy roads from POP to hotel. TV was not working too well. WIFI was spotty.

Good but could be better

Pros: The location and the secluded nature of the property were absolutely stunning, offering a serene and relaxing environment. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. Special thanks to Carolina and Ambrioris, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable.

Cons: The lack of a gym was disappointing, and the provision of only two bottles of water per day felt insufficient. The food quality left much to be desired, and the additional charges for extras—such as ham at breakfast or a steep €100 fee for losing a key—gave the impression of a rip-off. It would be greatly appreciated if amenities like a gym were included, along with more reasonable policies and improved food standards.

Great stay

Pros: The location is perfect, a bit out of the busy main road of punta rucia, but still walking distance, directly at the beach. The restaurant is just amazing. Breakfast was super good. The staff is attentive. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious.

Pros: The setting and facilities were breathtaking, the scenery incredible and the staff super friendly

Pros: The beach and location and how peaceful and beautiful it was at all times. We loved our stay.

Cons: The shower didn't have any pressure at all and the bathroom tiles pattern/colours and overall bathroom design could have been prettier.
