Overall excellent stay.

Pros: Room is spacious, everything was working, even staff asked us first day how happy we are with the room. We had all inclusive package and the food exceed our expectation, selection of the food was great, always to find something what you like, lot of seafood, variety of meat, fruits etc. Beach is very nice as well, with plenty of sun beds. in terms of animations, we were pleased with good atmosphere animators created around the pool every day. We did not attend evening programme so we are not able to comment on that. So definitely we recommend this place and will definitely returns if we go back to the Dominican republic.

Cons: Maybe better bed mattress would be fine and the room needed a bit of modernisation.

Pros: The staff is excellent, they clean you room everyday, we really enjoyed our stay

Cons: My room didn't have conditioner and the bathroom roof was leaking

It was a good get away, to be honest I did not have high expectations but to my surprise it was a comfortable short trip

Pros: The room was very comfortable, and some of the staff was really friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room the water was nice and hot always, buffet food was ok could have been better but was not horrible.

Pros: The staff are very nice specially a guy probably the skinniest maybe is like 58 years old I don't know his name but he was very kind and a girl I think her name is Jordania she made the difference specially with the kids they are very complicate with the food. Thanks guys.

Cons: In the bathroom the shower by the wall almost on the floor looks dirty or molded. Most of the food tasted good but gave us diarrhea. We were a 11 with 3 rooms and 6 of us got diarrhea.

Would totally return.

Pros: The food was great. The snack bar was open 10pm-5am, which is super. The beach was nice. The amenities were great. The staff were hospitable too.

Cons: My room didn't have a hair dryer or hand soap. The bed mattress was a bit sagging.

Immaculately clean, decent food, good beach with no seaweed.

Pros: Immaculate cleanliness!! Property is incredibly well kept. Buffet is lackluster, but both Lolita & Amicii restaurants were excellent. Waitstaff were very attentive in all locations. The beach is easily an 8/10 (gold sand, not fluffy white) and no seaweed at all. Playa Dorada “mall” is a 2min walk. Cigars & rum are less than 1/2 the price of the resort.

Cons: NO BOOZE in pool area bar cocktails….and I mean **zero**. We should’ve been falling-down drunk from the 5-6oz free pours in our tumblers. Bartender conveniently couldn’t understand us when we pointed at the better liquors. I opted for beer after this, but my wife was really disappointed. All-inclusive my backside…..it was non-stop upsells for Elite club, cigars, romantic dinners, etc. Juan wouldn’t leave us alone even though we declined the Elite membership twice previously — we had to be very direct with him (rude, actually) for him to go away.

Pros: I like all the amenities they offered. The food selection was great. Had fun in all the activities they offered.

Cons: Would have liked if they had offered small toothpaste for the guest to have in their rooms. More slot machines in the casino.
