Pros: El lugar, el complejo hotelero, las instalaciones, el personal es muy bueno Está algo alejado del centro de la ciudad y de otras playas.. Cerca hay un pequeño MALL donde se puede comprar algo de comida y gifts.. Hay otros restaurantes temáticos fuera del hotel pero cercanos Dos días cortaron la luz por 30 o 45 minutos y un día cortaron el agua largo rato Lo peor de todo es el WIFI, es muuuuy lento, en todos lados, hay señal en todo el complejo hotelero, incluso en parte de la playa propia PERO la señal es tan baja que solo se puede apenas recibir mensajes La fuerza del agua en la ducha y el aire acondicionado son maravillosos

Overall satisfied. Good value for the price and loved being on the beach.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Food overall was good. The beach location can’t be beat. There is a beautiful golf course if thats your thing. Felt very safe as well, lots of security to get in and out.

Cons: Some of the facilities weren’t in use or in disrepair. Pool didn’t seem used and there was a water park area that looked like it hadn’t been used for a long time. I could hear a club playing dance music one night while trying to sleep.

Excelette price, acomodatioms and center for a quick visit tonpuerto plata!

Pros: Hospitally was great!! Clean, organized. Everything i need it. Even in a rainy day they provide a big umbrella. Staff was really attentive. For the price was excellent i even considered was really cheP!! Food was good breakfast really good, they provide the dominican food amd was at lot!!!
