Wonderful experience

Pros: Very good location, close to la zona colonial and town centre/malls. Lovely food, amazing facilities, welcoming and helpful staff, really clean. We also loved the decor around the pool area. Just lovely stay overall.

Pros: This property was very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent with balanced choices. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Domingo.

Pros: The food was delicious! The facilities were clean. They prepared the garden for valentine's and it was amazing.

Pros: Spacious hotel with a lot of character, located in beautifully maintained grounds. The 3 'pods' by the pool are lovely. Reception staff were very friendly making recommendations for places to visit. Breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from and served till 11a.m. Included a detox drink which I've never seen before. Hermes was very helpful. Thank you

Cons: We found it hard to access the tennis courts. Initially we were told it wasn't available till 6pm. Later when we arrived to play we were told there is a strict footwear protocol therefore we couldn't play. Bar service could have been better. Staff did not pay attention when we were ordering, as a result 2 out of 3 drinks were not what we asked for. Double beds seemed too small for 2 adults. They were more like large singles.

Cons: breakfast should just be included, carpets are difficult for a wheelchair user, no chair in the shower for wheelchair user

Cons: La SPA a pagamento (un piccolo sforzo in più sarebbe da fare) e il clima eccessivamente freddo negli spazi comuni
