Great location, outstanding staff.

Pros: Excellent location downtown. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. We were staying there with a sports team and whenever we needed help with something, they were there for us.

Great stay

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great location. Near the Ocoean. I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely recommend and come again.

Pros: Good location for our purpouses, staff very polite, breakfast delicious. Comfort at the room could be improved.

Cons: no wifi

Overall It was a great stay despite the minor issues, i’ll definitely visit again 😁

Pros: The location is great, and the staff is super friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues you might have.

Cons: The wifi on the top floor needs to be reconfigured so its accessible to everyone (make sure you have data on your phone if staying on the 4th floor, that should help with combating the wifi issue). With any dated buildings there will be small issues, in our case it was minor leaks in different sections of the room (the rooms are beautiful though they just need a little maintenance work)

Suite is worth the money

Pros: The suite is really nicely put together and spacious. The guy at the check in was cheerful and helpful.

Pros: I liked the friendly staff and hotel security they made us feel safe and welcome and ready to assist with our needs. Rooms are big and very clean I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Pros: Hotel is in the centre of the city, walking distance to the historic centre. It owns a free private parking. Rooms are clean, big, with a TV set and fridge. Bathroom is with the toiletries and towels. For breakfast you order 4 things from the menu (still better than nothing ;) . Personnel is kind and helpful.

Cons: In our room there wasn't good WIFI signal sometimes.

Great hotel but scrap the horrible restaurant!!

Pros: We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!

Cons: I would not pick the breakfast option nor would I recommend getting food there. The options are just for show and the food is tasteless. Save yourself the money and buy food on the road because the restaurant is a joke. Service is also slow and the waiter was full of attitude and seemed to get upset when I questioned why for two days straight several items were not in stock or when i explained my allergies and why I didnt eat eggs! The hotel can do well without that ridiculous, unappealing restaurant and while the hotel was nice cheaper options were also nearby.

Pros: Easily accessible by car and with private and secure parking. Good breakfast. Good location.

Cons: Bathroom and bed a bit small, but still I recommend it as an economic option in a good location.
