Maravilloso

Pros: Es un verdadero paraíso, hermoso, tranquilo, seguro y con todo lo que necesitas dentro. Pudimos utilizar todas los servicios y amenidades sin inconvenientes ni filas, no está super lleno de gente. El entorno tanto del inmueble como de clientes es bastante exclusivo. Las piscinas son maravillosas, especialmente la de agua salada, los jacuzzis con hoguera son super relajantes y la playa privada es muy bonita y tranquila para bañarse. El restaurante Aguají es una maravilla culinaria, me encantó y repetiría. La atención de los empleados es muy buena, te añaden a un grupo de wt para cualquier duda, hay una persona que está a tu orden todo el tiempo, en nuestro caso fue Martina, excelente, también el bartender fue muy amable y divertido. Hay lavadora y secadora en la habitación (estudio o pequeño apartamento en mi caso), y también una cocina equipada. Eso sí, hay que preparar el bolsillo

Cons: Me gustó todo. Si tuviera que decir algo, diría que es un poco exagerado de precio, sobre todo en las consumiciones dentro, en bares y restaurantes. Cobran 400 dólares (en mi caso) en el check- in como depósito o garantía, no es que me parezca mal sino que yo no lo sabía (reservé con Booking). Y por alguna razón mis tarjetas de crédito (internacionales) no querían pasar y no me permitían ningún otro medio de pago (y si, informé a mi banco que estaría en RD), pensé que me tendría que ir, pero finalmente pasó una tarjeta.

Pros: Die Lage am Meer! Die Anlage super schön, und geschmackvoll!

Cons: Schade, dass man zu dem schönen Gebäude nicht mehr sorge trägt. Z.B Im gestylten Bad schwarz weiss gehalten, Farbspritzer sogar auf dem Polsterstuhl im Zimmer einfach nur schade. Das Hotel ist 5 Stern, der Fahrstuhl maximal 3 Stern , der wird nicht gereinigt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ok, Am Pool auch ok. Frühstücksbuffet elend 🙁 es wird nicht aufgefüllt oder Ordnung gemacht In einem Land wo Früchte in Hülle und Fülle wachsen stehen hauptsächlich unreife Melonen usw zur Auswahl. Wo sind die Mangos, Papayas , Ananas usw Einfach nur schade. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass hier niemand seinen Job mag, da müsste sich vielleicht mal das Management an der Nase nehmen.

Pros: If you're looking for a minimalistic, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay, this hotel has it all: excellent service, food that is very good, quiet, and a beautiful room.

Pros: I was there for the jaccuzzi and I enjoyed it soo much! The cleaness!! I’ll be back once I’ll get the occasion!😁

A wonderful stay and great for a long weekend.

Pros: The staff is incredible! They are from all over the globe and have an authentic desire to deliver service to their guests. The beach is wonderful and private. The decor is lovely, airey, and clean. The food at Baia Lounge (not sure of spelling) was wonderful and the experience was magical. The food & beverage throughout is great.

Cons: The cleaning staff (of the rooms) could do better. My room only received turn down service 1 night, the other nights we didn't receive it. Our 1st day they didn't clean our room, although I don't know if it was a miscommunication. We also noticed a wine glass was left in the hallway all day. For the price of the rooms, you should not face the back towards the Moxi construction. Those rooms should be greatly discounted. For the cost, you should offer a few free snacks throughout the day (W Hotel does this), i.e. popsicles, smoothies, coconuts, authentic DR snacks.

Una piacevole sorpresa anche se un po’ caro

Pros: Espectaculares vistas, las habitaciones muy amplia y cómodas. Un verdadero lujo. excelente restáurate y buen servico en general.
