I had a great time with the family the positive covered the negative. I will definitely try to ge there again.

Pros: The people were awesome! Very friendly and helpful’ every time i had a problem they would fix it right away. These two guys at the front desk were my favorite. Bayn and Cesar they made my stay extra special! The room service ladies were awesome as well. The staff at the restaurant were ok but the cooks were great. Food wasn’t bad and the drink was not amazing.

Cons: That property was a little old and had lots of issues. Ac internet gave little problems.

Good for families.

Pros: The staff is super friendly, the beds are so comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom maybe because the age of the buildings and lack of maintenance, moisture builds up on the walls since there is no exhaust fan, and floors and walls remain wet. We just could reserve the Italian restaurant for the last night because everything was reserved but the restaurants were practically empty.

Pros: Henry, a front desk employee on the December 30th afternoon, was extremely helpful. I made a clerical error while making the reservation. And he helped me solve it. He was very nice and result-oriented. A great employee

Pros: The cava in the minibar. The Solomillo in the a la carte restaurant was one of the best thing I ever ate.

Buena opción en Puerto Plata

Pros: Las habitaciones amplias y bien ventiladas. Todo muy limpio. Muy buena atención del personal del hotel

Cons: La playa queda a unos 500 metros de las habitaciones. No es una gran distancia pero con mucho calor no es tan cómodo. La comida no es tan variada pero para una estancia corta no es un problema
