Amazing staff in a house with everything we needed!

Pros: The staff was helpful, always available for us. Whenever we had a question or a need, we would get someone to reply or to come over within minutes! Location was good although a bit noisy around New Year’s Eve but otherwise it was perfect. All the equipment was working, good A/C, very nice pool. Not too far from the beach (Playa Alicia and Sosúa beach) although it is a 20 minute walk to get there. Close to supermercados and convenience stores. The neighborhood feels safe and citizens and smiling and nice to visitors.

Cons: Some of the kitchenware is old and should be replaced (especially the pans). Ofherwise, everything was perfect.
