Pros: The hotel was nice and peaceful, making it a good place to relax. The room was fairly spacious, with enough room for my belongings and luggage. The shower facilities were also spacious, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. There were quite a lot of stairs in the building, but that didn’t bother me at all. I’m used to carrying my own luggage. The area felt safe and quiet, and the price was very affordable.

Pros: Great location, close to the colonial zone but in a quiet area. Nice building with common space at each level. The owner was very nice and helpful, upgrading my room to compensate for the AC not working. Overall a great stay!

Definitely a value for money stay.

Pros: 24/7 reception - very friendly and accomodating staff - a nice social area on the 3rd floor.

Cons: Internet wasn’t so fast on the 3rd floor and sometimes cut out. That might have had more to do with the internet provider though.

Pros: Friendly staff, easy check-in, comfortable room with clean bathroom. It is perfect for a few days. Good location not far from some landmarks

Cons: Remote controllers had problems with batteries, the tv only had youtube and wasn't reliable.

Pros: Room was good size, very comfortable bed. There was no window in room which was not a problem as we were there just for few hours to get some sleep after flight

Great location

Pros: The staff is great. Location too, right in the colonial zone. It was nice to have an extra room with some (limited) kitchen utensils (a water cooker would have been nice, preferred over the present toaster).

Cons: Rooms are a bit dark with no outside windows. And the shower didn't give hot water.

Pros: Extremely welcoming check in and guidance from member of staff when I arrived. It’s like a charming old house that’s converted into seperate rooms. Cute, nice deco, excellent value for money

We would stay there again

Pros: The Host was very friendly and helpful. Me and my partner felt very comfortable and safe there. The location is very close to the zona Colonial and we felt safe walking there in the night. It’s a good and safe area. The host recommended us places to visit and explained to us how to reach our destinations. He made sure that everything was good and that we had a good experience in Santo Domingo. The place is easy to reach by Uber or taxi from other touristic attractions like the tree eyes. Also the rooms were clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for. The price for the accommodation is good. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.
