Pros: The accommodation was really good value for money considering that we had our own bathroom, kitchenette + a microwave, and AC. The common areas are nice and the atmosphere is very chill. There are lots of plants and cover and a fan in case it gets hot. The location is pretty good too: just west of the colonial zone but only by a couple streets. It still feels safe because there are lots of people about and shops.

Cons: There could have been some more utensils in our kitchenette and the cleanliness of the main kitchen could have been improved a bit too.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super kind and friendly. The location was perfect with quick access to the colonial zone and city center. Picturesque and full of live.

I would recommend it to everybody who likes to feel safe and home on a little budet.

Pros: I felt very welcome and save with having the host Juan around. He was very helpful. I like all the flowers and plants in the guesthouse. It made it look so cosy.

lovely guest house close to the zona colonial

Pros: the guy working there was super nice and the place had all the necessary, the inner court was beautiful and i could use a free laundry service and hang my clothes on the rooftop :)

Cons: the bathroom was really small but for the price it’s okay!

It's my favorite guest house in Santo Domingo.

Pros: Great location, and the staff in charge this time, Junior, is dedicated and attentive.

Cons: Not the staff or the management's fault, but the guests leave a mess in the kitchen. I see the staff trying to keep it clean, but those guests are just inconsiderate

Pros: Perfect location in a friendly neighborhood near everything, from a laundry mat and several colmados to pharmacies and historic landmarks.

Cons: Check-in was a bit cumbersome: the person supposed to check me in (Gustavo) was not there, and the bell was turned off, but I got in touch with the host via text, and she handled it.

Pros: Близкое расположение к набережной и ко всем ключевым достопримечательностям. Отзывчивый персонал объекта размещения. Так же нам разрешили воспользоваться стиральной машиной, и когда нас не было дома, Mello спас наши вещи от дождя, так как они сохли под открытым небом.
