Lovely stay, amazing host!

Pros: Amazing and super helpful host. She spoke perfect English (and French and Spanish) and helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to beach recommendations to other activities across the Samana peninsula. Beautiful and spacious rooms/huts. Fabulous breakfasts. Parking is on site (enclosed). It is just an 8 minute walk from the beach. Las Terranas is absolutely spectacular. Much worth visiting and staying here.

Cons: There is a fair bit of mosquitoes in the area - not much the host can do but be ready to pack a repellent. (please don't let this distract you from this property - it is beautiful)

Perfect

Pros: Very nice and spacious bungalows. The location is very well located close to the centre but away from the loud music at the beach. Gabi the manager gave us valuable tips for where we can eat and drink. In general she was a really good host! Would definitly recommend.

Cons: We have one input: The shower is very dark when the door is closed. Maybe you could add a light?

Pros: The place was beautiful and the swimming pool was right in front of our bungalow. The workers were super friendly and the breakfast was quite complete and healthy. If you need anything Gaby was always helpful and flexible

Cons: The stairs to get to the bedroom are not suitable for everyone. Very beautiful but it was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Just to say something because the place is 100% recommended

Pros: Very cosy hotel and cute bungalows. The area is quiet yet located 5 min walk from the beach and from bars/restaurants. Breakfast is varied (fruit, eggs, milk/coffee, pancakes, home made jam) and has good portions. Gabi, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful and can provide tailored recommendations.

Cons: The bungalows don’t really have blinds and they are not soundproof (like other accommodations in Las Terrenas/DR) so as light sleeper you can easily be woken up by the light or by a car passing by in the morning. The hotel provides eye mask and ear plugs.

Pros: The room was very clean, and the staff was pleasant and available to quickly address any questions or issues.

Cons: The stairs in the room were very unsafe, and some were even unstable. The cats were a serious nuisance—both at the pool and during breakfast they wouldn’t stop bothering us. They even entered our room, and we had to call for assistance to take them out.

Pros: The owner was very nice, it was beautiful and clean! It was close to bars, beach and everything else! Perfect!

Definitely would recommend this place to stay! It’s close to everything and the rooms were so clean and immaculate

Definitely worth staying here – I’m already recommending it to everyone. It’s a special place with a lot of charm.

Pros: •\tThe pool area – you could stay there and chill until late at night, which was really nice and relaxing. \t•\tGreat location – close to everything, but still surrounded by nature. \t•\tFriendly and helpful staff – everyone was kind and made us feel welcome. \t•\tBeautiful, visual hotel – very aesthetic and well-designed, great atmosphere. \t•\tThere were three adorable cats on the property – super sweet and added to the cozy vibe!

Cons: •\tIt was a extreme noisy at night, mostly because of the frogs and other animals around – not a big issue, but good to know if you’re a light sleeper. \t•\tThe property is slightly on the expensive side, though the experience mostly makes up for it.

Pros: Gabi and Antonia were very kind, helpful and always trying to make sure we were having a good time during our stay at LeeLoo. The bungalows and the outside areas are very cozy and the tropical breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back😊

Pros: Very cool and unique boutique hotel, with very nice vibes. And cute cats (miss my bestie).

Cons: The AC doesn’t reach the beds (top floor), so it can be kind of warm. But there is a ceiling fan.
