Nice hotel

Pros: The area around the hotel is really nice , the garden is well maintained - in the room there was a smart wi-fi TV -wi-fi working ok -room facing the pool with a nice view -breakfast is good , for dinner and lunch there is a restaurant near the hotel

Cons: -location is far away from the beach , you cannot walk ; we tried one time , but it was difficult to go thru the resort , there is no direct road so you have to ask the security to let you pass ; -you can use uber to go to the beach , it is around 3 euros one way

Best start of an impromptu road trip

Pros: nice people, classic style Spanish hotel , good Cuban restaurant next door

Cons: the safe in the room was not working. The staff barely understood english, the hotel had so many different names it was hard to find when I search online.

authentic Dominican hospitality and experience for a bargain price

Pros: a super cute authentic Dominican experience. pool area gorgeous, staff delightful and cute, reasonably priced restaurants in the courtyard

Cons: the area outside the courtyard can be a little dangerous for tourists so don’t wear expensive jewellery out on the streets

Excellent stay

Pros: The staff are so helpful and friendly. There are excellent places to eat right next door. Very relaxing hotel peaceful

A good time was had at Hotel MT, very close to places we wanted to go. Room comfortable and clean everyday.

Pros: It was central to the excursions and places we wanted to visit. Pool was clean, the hotel ambiance was lovely, loved the entrance to the lobby decor very beautiful, plants flowing from the ceiling. Facilities was comfortable and work well. Breakfast dining area clean, variety of carbs and fruits. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room arrangement was clean, bed was ok, but could be more comfortable. Room service was done everyday, we both enjoyed our stay at Hotel MT.

Cons: The hotel sign too small, our taxi driver took us to 2 other hotels with a similar name before we actually get to the right one. It’s hard to find, one of our excursion bus was having issue picking us up, due to it being on the plaza and not totally visible. The breakfast menu protein option was limited. I don’t eat egg, so I was only stuck with sausage or salami everyday. The Netflix didn’t work on the tv. The room I booked on bookings was not the one I got when I arrived, and was told to pay more to get the actual one I had booked, which I didn’t do. I put in my criteria when booking my hotel, must have balcony and pool and higher floor room , and that’s what I booked, but ended up getting a room with a balcony behind a wall, no actual view. I was pissed. Even though the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful, she changed to a room on a higher floor, but still with a wall view. The one I booked stated pool view. So I was not pleased with that.

Pros: Great place to stay while in transfer in Punta Cana, very easy to get around and parking available close to the entrance. Nice atmosphere and very spacious rooms that are very confortable.
