A splendid Christmas in Punta Cana

Pros: I liked the attention with which the Head of Staff coordinates his team and with which they all manage to pleasantly surprise the clients in all chapters. I have gained an experience close to the Genius 3 Booking level with which I seek real experiences, to get to know life in the Dominican Republic and to interact with those who live here every day. I received a lot of advice from the Reception with which I managed to get on foot or by bus to various points of interest, such as Playa del Cortecito or various Markets with shops full of gifts specific to the Caribbean area. I am glad that I found an Aroma Restaurant at Playa del Cortecito where I spent the evening of Christmas Eve. I will not talk about the other attractions of the Punta Cana area because they are well known and they make us come here.

Pros: Really nice place, clean, close to convenient things such as night life. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning works good. They give you water everyday

Pros: Que es un hotel que está muy bien en relación precio y lo que ofrecen. El desayuno es muy rico.

Cons: El hotel ya tiene sus años y se nota en algunas partes de la infraestructura.

Pros: El personal de servicio especialmente Danny muy atento y colaborador. Fue muy receptivo para cambiarnos a otras habitaciones en el tercer piso mejores.

Cons: No cuenta con agua caliente deberían mejorar los productos de aseo jabón del baño cambiaron las pastillas de jabón por líquido en dispensador. Mejorar las habitaciones hay mucha humedad. En el edificio nuevo hacer seguimiento a lis terminando estan muy deterioradas para ser nuevas.
