Pros: Everything was amazing, I thanks everyone for the service

A great place to stay in Santiago.

Pros: All was great, including the staff, who fixed a problem which we were having in the room, and allowed us to have a late check-out to make up for our inconvenience.

Cons: There were problems with the air conditioning in the room, and someone had to come up the first night to work on it. The 2nd night, it happened again, but was resolved within fifteen minutes.

Wonderful experience

Pros: Beautiful hotel, strategically located within a shopping plaza where you have a supermarket, coffe shops, pastry shop, beauty salon and multiple restaurants. The hotel itself is decorated in a practical and modern style, and offers multiple amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant.,

Great place for downtown Santiago

Pros: Great rooms, high ceilings. Rooms are very comfortable. Pool area very welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Views are poor, specially for even rooms.

I stayed there for Xmas I had a great time again the staff are very nice

Pros: La experiencia se siente extraordinaria desde que llegas. Mantengan siempre ese servicio, creo, sin temor a equivocarme, que me llevo la mejor experiencia de un hotel de ciudad en el que he estado. Todo está cerca, el lugar es impecable y las atenciones son excelentes. Desde el valet parking hasta el personal de recepción, cada miembro del staff es amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida merece una mención especial: el restaurante ofrece platos deliciosos a muy buenos precios. Y, por favor, no dejen de preparar ese jugo de naranja natural… ¡simplemente espectacular!

Tolles modernes Hotel mit dem Zusatzbett das gieng schief

Pros: Ein hübsches und modernes Hotel in Santiago mit Pool

Cons: Wir hatten über Booking ein Zusatzbett bestellt für die dritte Person welches dann nicht aufgestellt war. Wir meldeten es an der Reception und mussten es selbst aufstellen auch gemacht war es nicht es fehlten das Leintuch und Kissen Überzüge etc. Das war nicht so toll
