Excellent hotel to plan your trip!

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for 6 days on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the service this hotel provides for relatively little money. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer additional questions and help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the hotel. For a small amount of money, you can enjoy a good meals in the hotel restaurant.

Nice hotel in Santiago

Pros: The staff were very helpful and nice especially the one serving breakfast. We had also issue regarding the price that was too high as per what I had in the reservation and the reception desk was able to resolve that.

Cons: The room was very small and you can see the hotel needs some renovation but it’s good overall.

Outstanding secure parking and an outstanding breakfast

Pros: The breakfast was beyond expectations. Not a buffet style but a full service full extensive menu. Nicely presented and delicious. Far exceeded expectations

Cons: The maid did not replenish soap and shampoo for the second night

Cons: The room was not really isolated and you could hear a bit of the noises outside, but it was ok.

Excellent. Safe, friendly and secure.

Pros: Great Room size . Clean. Packaged extra blankets. Great dinner. Great breakfast Excellent staff who speak both Spanish and English. We stay here often. Only 19 mins drive to the STI airport

Cons: The soap could be better quality and we only had 2 towels for 3 people. Otherwise everything was excellent

Wonderful and we will be back

Pros: The breakfast was great. We had ours delivered to our room. The shower was beautifully hot. The beds were comfortable. Staff and security were kind and pleasant. We love the Casino!!! We also love the fact that check out time is 1.00pm

It was awesome. The staff was eager to help. Very secure.

Pros: Our room was great for the price. Breakfast was supreme. Location is good, we walked quite a distance to a mall. No problems encountered. Front desk and restaurant staff was awesome and helpful. Meals were excellent. Special thanks to Tamera (one of the owners family), you are awesome. For sure, will be back again. The Casino was fun.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
