Pros: The breakfast was great. However the young lady bartender was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her so I took my business elsewhere. Other than that I had a great experience and will stay there again.

I would stay there again. It is a really nice place.

Pros: The shower needed a door to cover the water from splashing on the floor. The soap dispenser was not working in the bathroom.

Cons: The WiFi was good. The food was good. The service was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit noisy from the traffic outside though.

Very good hotel close to everything in Santiago

Pros: The hotel is very convenient. It is small but has everything you need. Located in Los Jardines, very close to everything and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.

Los Jardines hotel is a great place,, your yourney is safe and quiet.

Pros: Great services and professionals and I liked the restaurant.

Besides the things mentioned above, my stay at Hotel Los Jardines was very pleasant.

Pros: It is very clean, the staff is very courteous and polite, and the hotel is close to very good restaurants and spas.

Cons: The first day I asked to be moved to another room because the safe was not working; Then the rooms are too close to each other and one can hear when people are talking in the adjacent room; one night I was awaken at 3:00 a.m. by a couple talking in next room. I could hear the shower and toilet being flushed. Also, the toilet top in my room would fall off all the time.

Pros: Un hotel ideal para hospedarse si vas por trabajo resulta conveniente pues tiene una buena ubicación y desde ahí te puedes trasladar al centro de la ciudad. Su encargada es muy amable y siempre atenta a los detalles o solicitudes que se te tenga. Al estar en una vía principal pensé, qué sería ruidoso pero es bien tranquilo. Me gustó volvería a hospedarme ahí. Super recomendado

Pros: Limpio, bien situado y agradable. El personal bien. Me gustó mucho que les hablamos porque el aire no enfriaba y de inmediato nos acomodaron
