Pros: The hotel staff treat you like family and make you feel at home. The hotel is super quiet. Don't hear any noises at night whatsoever. The wifi was great. Laundry service, Bar service, Massage service excellent. The location is perfectly located on the border of zona colonial and malecon next to the water perfect for anyone traveling solo, safe area.

Cons: Don't go to the night club mint across the street, they try and take advantage of tourists. Not necessarily this hotel but in general staying at hotels I need to get my own pillows to get a beauty rest. Just visited a Walmart like store there and spent $12 on two pillows to sleep like a King.

Pros: En lo personal nos gusto mucho la ubicación ,todo queda muy cerca y las instalaciones están de acuerdo a el precio.El personal fue lo máximo.
