Pros: All the staff try their best to give you a memorable experience.

We would stay again, glad we didn’t let the bad reviews about the food put us off

Pros: The location was lovely. The grounds were clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach was fab. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a good size. Contra to reviews that I had read prior to going that gave the food bad reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised that the food was very nice in general. Yes when u have a buffet set up there will be some food standing and if at a hotel for over a week can become very “ samey” , and somethings were. Little strange, however we found that the food was very good with a large selection, I am a fussy eater and could always find plenty to eat. Also the restaurants u can book in advance were very good and enjoyed them. Would have no problem with staying here again. X

Cons: Some things in the room could do with freshening up, but not a great problem. The main thing is that it is clean and it was x

Pros: I have visited many resorts and I can say that Viva Tangerine has been my best culinary experience, in terms of variety, quality, service and hygiene. The rooms that were initially assigned to us were a disaster, they are neglected, they had no water, the beds were weak and more. The manager Kelvin was very kind and offered us two other rooms with ocean views and offered us a reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants. all the staff are very helpful and fun. My daughters had fun playing Dominoes, Uno and other board games available.

Cons: The garden view rooms. They are run down, outdated; feel like a motel room.

Pros: Pokoje s výhledem na moře nemají chybu. Kuchyně výtečná. Byli jsme zde 3 dny a naprostá spokojenost. Určitě bych se vrátila znovu.

Pros: Super friendly staff. Safe location. Nice amenities.

Cons: I booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 queen & 2 singles. The beds were comfy but not the pillows, they were horrible. The room didn't have a coffee maker or refillable fresh water bottle. After requesting these they finally arrived the night before checkout. Electrical doesn't meet any standard in several locations. The canvas fire hose in fire cabinet is most likely rotten.

Pros: Buen servicio por parte del personal y buena higiene en el establecimiento

Cons: Poca variedad en cuanto a comida y no ponen agua en las habitaciones

Placentera aunque pase hambre con esa comida tan mala. Hasta los snack sabían malos

Pros: Atención del personal, excelente. Equipo de animación excelente

Cons: La comida es insípida, ese chef no parece dominicano, la comida dominicana se caracteriza por su buen sazón. Ni siquiera los snacks sabían bien

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó fue el Entrenamiento,Tasmania,Luna,The Best Nutella,Coco,La Sombra,Nathaly,Vismalck,y su encargado (Chocolate).Hicieron de nuestra pequeña vacaciones Lo Mejor!!! En el Restaurante Buffet: Nehemias,Eduardo,en el bar; Raúl,Ronni,Joel,Felianna,Francisco,Josefina y Massiel de Verdad que Gracias (son maravillosos).
