Pros: It’s a very new, modern hotel a bit from the centre of Monte Plata. The place is immaculately clean. Spacious two bedroom apartments. Full kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. There is a blender and waffle iron included. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It has split aircon units in each bedroom and a gas on demand hot water heater. Excellent security. Additionally there is an inverter with two large storage batteries as brief intermittent black outs happen several times daily. The inverter with battery power storage allows for continued electricity during the power outages.

Cons: Water pressure when using hot water could be better. Also intermittently I had to turn off the shower for about one minute to allow the boiler to catch up with the hot water. These are very minor concerns especially as this is an island with a strained infrastructure. It’s not a negative about this property. It’s just something guests should be aware of staying anywhere on the island.
