All about the beach

Pros: You are staying in the forest. We had a beautiful terrace looking out into the trees. I think we were in the nicest (probably largest as we had a family booking) lodge. Our friends had a different lodge which was darker and definitely located in a more humid area of the forest. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The beach is phenomenal, and very close. We ate in the beach, and the food was great, but slow.

Cons: The bed felt a little damp, but that might be very difficult to regulate with humidity. The pool wasn't used at all, by anyone as far as we could see, when we were there, it didn't look very appealing the first day we saw it, and the water had been emptied out the second day so it was unusable anyway. Effectively, this place doesn't have a pool. But there is a great beach, so that doesn't matter.

Pros: El Valle Lodge is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, and truly a unique space in the Dominican Republic. Perfectly located near the beach and surrounded by nature, it offers an incredible sense of peace. The team’s attention was top-notch, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again.

Pros: It was an amazing experience staying at the lodge. The food was delicious, the open room in the middle of the jungle, the staff was great. I will be back soon.

Amazing stay at a boutique eco lodge near the beach

Pros: Incredible experience in a remote location that makes you feel like home. Short walk to a virgin beach, super warm staff that became friends and an enchanting design that merges with nature. The bed and pillows are great quality and loved that they have bathrobes to feel more luxurious even if you are in the jungle. Breakfast is lovely and praise for Dominican coffee! The hotel has a restaurant serving nice dinners and cocktails in the evening. Highly recommend for a boutique lodge jungle/beach trip.

Pros: How special it was, you feel connected to nature, very pure. Extremely friendly, helpful and amazing souls

Cons: Some may have some issues with few visitors coming in like frogs or mosquitoes, or maybe the noise of the birds and some animals during the night. BUT hey that’s part of the experience 😊

Pros: Simply, it's an amazing remote place we'd recommend everyone stayint at. It's in the middle of jungle, but near the sea. It offers super tasty food, has great views, and an atmosphere. We met so many nice people and enjoyed our stay here. We spent one of the best time! We will definitely come back one day!

Pros: Amazing location, tricky roads leading to it but so worth it! The rooms are beautiful, with lovely big bathrooms with large shower. Few minutes walk to beach.
