Would stay there again

Pros: - walkable distance to the ferry to Sabana and to the boat that took us to Bacardi island - terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast - drinkable potable to brush teeth - we had a fridge in the room - walking distance from the Caribe tour bus stop

Cons: - we stayed on Friday night, they were doing work on the deck until 9pm

Location was everything! And the fact they are pet friendly had me.

Pros: Location was PRIME!!! Staff was amazing. Room was clean and a/c worked fenomenal. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons: Only thing they need to improve is WiFi quality as it does not work properly or has strong signal at the rooms. Something to be aware is there is no parking, you have to park on the street.

Pros: Excelent service at all time. Very comfortable room and good property location. Safe area for walking and relax time.

Maravillosa estancia en Casa Docia - Samana

Pros: La ubicación, las instalaciones sobre todo la parte de afuera del hotel, el servicio también estuvo bueno y el desayuno estuvo rico

Cons: Se podría mejorar las instalaciones de la habitación y su baño, el agua de la piscina estaba un poco sucia

Pros: Instalaciones correctas. Limpio y trato amable del personal. Sin ruidos en las habitaciones y buen funcionamiento AC y ventilador techo.
