Thank you Karen 😀

Pros: Best thing is Karen the manager, who is so nice and amazingly helpful. Then there is the view, which is stunning. The bed was the comfiest we had in 3 weeks in DR. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and food great. Oh, and did I mention Karen?

Cons: Absolute nothing.
