Good location, wonderful views, great facilities, friendly staff.

Pros: The resort is in a lovely location with beautiful views out over the bay- the bedrooms are spacious with good quality Wi-Fi and the gymnasium while small is quite adequate-- the quantity and quality of food is very good although it could be better for vegetarians.

Overall A Good Resort For Couples

Pros: The resort was easy to navigate. Great view of the ocean. The staff were very nice. The ocean was great to swim in. No seaweed or coral so great for going barefoot.

Cons: There was not a lot of entertainment on the resort. The was very little choices when it came to the food buffets compared to other resorts in the area. Lastly personally I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. I got very little sleep throughout my week.

Loved everything about the place

Pros: Spacious room, nicely decorated, unmatched view. I read the bad reviews about the food, I do not know what people usually eat, but for me the food quality was far over the expectations. Beautiful beach. And with the rented car you can reach in 20-30 minutes one of the most beautiful beaches as well as other amazing trekking places in DR if the hotel beach is not enough.

Pros: Hotel with a beautiful location/view. I had a room with a sea view and that is really worth the extra amount. Staff is very friendly, everything well maintained. Buffet fine, but standard items that I (only had a three-day stay) quickly recognized from previous evenings. Disadvantage: a lot of stairs. Not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Cons: See the remark about the steps. Furthermore. It is quite remote. So if you want more than just a beach/swimming pool, you really need a car (or book trips via the tour desk).

Pros: The staff is very friendly and responsive. Fantastic location and close to the whales.

Quiet but never boring

Pros: Hotel location is separated as it seems and thus very quiet. Beach is super clean and beautiful. No sales people in the whole hotel area (besides the travel guides in the hotel lobby that guests can approach if needed). At the beach you can enjoy the sound of the sea, while the pool area offers a great animation program and music. The hotel offers an outstanding view to the sea. Chance to see some whales if you are lucky (bring binoculars). Free shuttle to the close by Baccardi Island.

Cons: Food is delicious but not suitable if you have any food allergies. Allergens are not labeled at all. Also, no guidance from the kitchen staff. Lobby staff and guest relation promised help, but nothing happened even after multiple approaches. Only one shop in the hotel area, which is pretty small and expensive (bring enough sun screen, snorcheling equip, etc.)

Pros: Un hotel precioso y bien cuidado. El personal te trata muy bien, es muy atento y amable.

Cons: La playa quizás un poco pequeña. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y los baños un poco antiguos.

Pros: El hotel, el personal y las atenciones me encantaron, es un hotel solo adultos para parejas, un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor. Lo ame por completo.
