Cons: Expensive. Staff lazy, you need to go to the desk for getting water, they do not bring it in the room. Noisy customers in the weekend. Belong to one of the most impornat family exploiting the sugar....

Pros: The staff-Reini, Agustín, Santiago, Lisbeily-were very helpful and accommodating, very friendly yet respectful and open to constructive feedback. Breakfast was very good and varied; dinner as well. Location couldn't have been better.

Cons: The facilities need an urgent facelift!

Pros: Lovely grounds, setting, and ambiance. The hotel and dining staff gave excellent, friendly service. The rooms were tasteful and comfortable. Quick access to town, additional places to eat, and the El Morro nature site. A short trip to Punta Rucia (1 1/2 hours) offered a protected white sand beach with crystal clear water, great food, and a tranquil setting. It was a perfect day drip. On our way to Monte Cristi, we also went through Luperon and the La Isabela historical site. The drive around Luperon was relaxing and beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short guided tour with an English speaking guide around the La Isabela historic site. This was Christopher Columbus's first landing site and townsite in the Dominican Republic. We'll definitely return to this area and this hotel in the future!

Cons: It would have been nice to have a small coffee maker in the room (for tea/coffee at night or early in the morning).

Uºn sitio de relax en un entorno natural

Pros: El lugar es muy bonito. El contacto con la naturaleza es impagable. Todo el hotel esta un entorno natural que hace del lugar un sitio muy atractivo. El restauran del lugar muy bueno , los precios muy accesibles y la atención impecable. La piscina muy bonita. y podes estar a tu gusto,Lugar muy tranquilo donde podes relajarte. Podes hacer trecking en las cercanías del lugar. De fácil acceso. Tenes que tener carro para acceder al lugar o manejarte con taxi.

Cons: El desayuno habría que mejorarlo. Es muy pobre. Mas frutas, tostadas jugos de frutas. Los jejenes molestan mucho. Ha que explicar bien el tema de las excursiones a los cayos. Yo pregunte por los cayos siete hermanos y me dijeron que se visitan 6 a un precio. Luego cuando fui a la excursión se visitan tres a 200 dolares. Una sorpresa desagradable y nadie habla o explica bien para no avivarte.

Pros: El entorno es precioso, la vegetacion, las instalaciones y el personal muy agradable. Para el que le gusta la naturaleza este hotel es para ti.

We had a wonderful time and staff was courteous and professional at all times.

Pros: Loved the relaxed yet updated eco lodge feel. The landscaping, the easiness in parking and the dining room and pool being super easy to get to.
