Pros: Very friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome. I'm looking forward to coming back. The outdoor area around the pool was very comfortable. The restaurant food was good and affordable, especially for a hotel.

A clean, comfortable and pleasant stay with great service and a peaceful atmosphere.

Pros: I really liked the cleanliness, the comfortable room, and the friendly staff. The hotel feels calm and welcoming, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable as well.

Cons: The check-in process could be more flexible. I requested early check-in for a special event and unfortunately it wasn’t possible, which made things a bit rushed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Pros: I found this hotel to be of top International standards, rooms exceptionally clean and modern, beds, pillows extremely comfortable. Staff at reception are absolutely brilliant, Jamie and others, most efficient and friendly, even at 2.30am. The porters were also on top form, thank you Raphael and others. After traveling for 36 hours with little sleep, this hotel was just what I needed, I didn't want to leave.

Good choice outside city center.

Pros: Good location for meetings outside Santiago City center. Rooms are very comfortable with a selection of pillows. Pool area very welcoming.

Cons: Breakfast choices and quality need improvement. Pastries were poor. Not many choices.

Not cheap, yet worth the money - unexpected 5 star Retreat

Pros: Modern, chic and well appointed business style hotel, comparable to any Hilton or Marriott worldwide. Big rooms, absolutely quiet (to the backside, that was), stylish and cosy furniture, superb bedding and mattress, fully stocked Minibar, giant Flatscreen tv, perfectly precise working AC, fast internet. Super clean, super safe and super friendly staff. Good breakfast, free parking on hotel lot. Definitely closer to 5 stars then to the 4 they have applied to themselves!

Cons: Complaining on high level: Operating regular tv ( not the many streaming and web options) calls for more explanation. No orange ( but pineapple) juice at breakfast

Turks and Caicos Islands 🇹🇨

Pros: Close to the airport with hotel shuttle, enjoyable with good breakfast and good restaurant although the service leaves a little to be desired. The staff was very pleasant though.

Cons: When I checked out, they tried to add 2 meals to my invoice, which were not mine... I had a premonition and did pay all my restaurant bills separately. The issue was solved but I got no apologies until I told them that this error and the 25 minutes delay caused were worth an apology!

Modern, safe, comfortable hotel

Pros: We stay here often when arriving late in Santiago. Nice rooms, kind and helpful staff, Nice breakfast. We especially appreciate the dependable airport pick-up at 3 am!
