Pros: Breakfast options were great and catered to all palates. I appreciated the room accomodation as I did want to make sure I was comfrotable and felt at home.

Cons: I was there for a short stay, did not find anything I did not like.

Exceptional!

Pros: The friendliness and efficiency of the team at Barcelo Santo Domingo was beyond great! Starting with Miss Handy Peña at the front desk in reception! She is amazing!!! Handy efficiency gone the extramile to acomodate my personal needs and to make sure I enjoy my stay. Another super start was Aurelio from the guys helping with bags... He was also very helpful, friendlyl and a great listener! The Bed and the cleanness of the room 602 was fantastic! Right up to the level of class of the Hotel.

Cons: That I couldn't stay longer!!!

Pros: the breakfast was great many options but a bit pricy. Water was out but the Manager showed us exceptional curtesy and re-funded the day.

Cons: The location was not great, not walkable at all.

Pros: Bed and pillows really comfortable - room lovely but dark and constant car horns outside! Pool lovely sunbeds really comfy Staff really helpful Worth getting the Breakfast and Level 9 snacks from 4pm

Cons: Poolside bar music very loud which makes me sound really old 🤣 but bartender couldn’t hear me speak or rather shout at him and we couldn’t have a conversation round the pool.

Pros: I liked everything my vacation was amazing, food and drinks was great, they staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: I had no issue, just the language barrier but I used my phone to translate

Pros: Location is nice as it is at the city center. Breakfast selection was good! Room has a decent size with nice touches. I loved the pool. Japanese restaurant was nice, not crowded, good food. ATM on-site is a plus.
