Pros: It's been our 4th stay at the Embassy Suites. By now it's our home away from home. Love love love how friendly and helpful the staff is. We just love Embassy Suites.

Excellent.

Pros: The room was really nice and cozy. The breakfast was good as well, the only thing is they didn’t have bacon and my son wanted that. The pool was really nice as well. My sons really did enjoy it although it was only for 1 night. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely welcoming.

Cons: They didnt have bacon for breakfast. Also when I was booking I requested a hotel shuttle which was stated on here. When I got to the airport I waited awhile and was looking to see if the hotel shuttle came. Unfortunately I had to catch a taxi. When I got to the hotel I was told they dont have shuttle.

Pros: The property is nice, the room comfortable and good looking

Cons: That when I arrived right after I settled in my room the cleaning person walked into my room thinking no one was there. Also I didn't like to restaurant food, it was average and overly salty or sweet.

Pros: The view from the corner suite was stunning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The shower had reliable hot water unlike other hotels I've tried in the city. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and professional

Cons: The couch wasn't comfortable, the seats were very loose and would slide forward when sitting on it. The interior of the living room seemed dated in general, which seemed out of place for an otherwise excellent suite. The air conditioning wouldn't lower the temperature to my liking, and was a little noisy when it came on at night.
