Comodo y confortable

Pros: Excelente ubicación, tiene un parque hermoso enfrente, a unos 400 metros se encuentra un sirena (supermercado, donde podíamos comprar víveres y habia local de tasa de cambio lo que nos facilito mucho lasconversiones a su moneda), tiene cerca una estación de metro, y múltiples locales de comidas como KFC, MCdonals, pizza hoy, entre otros, las habitaciones super cómodas, las camas confortables, tienen piscina interna, cocina que se puede utilizar, el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. el desayuno delicioso variado todos los dias. estábamos relativamente cerca a todo, fuimos al malecón y otros lugares turísticos.

Cons: habia en el baño ducto abierto por el que ocacionalmente salían animalitos, se los comentamos el ultimo dia y nos avisaron que iban a repararlo. por lo demás todo excelente.

Pros: Let's start simple: the location is at the heart of the city and you can go easy anywhere you would like to go. There's a beautiful park across the entrance with a café and outdoor gym, there are always people there exercising and with the family. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. The staff is amazing! All of them were very caring and helpful, every single one of them were going above and beyond, that kindness was unexpected but very welcomed. The front desk staff was very competent and professional, and the kitchen and cleaning staff were the sweetest people. I would come back just for the staff.

Cons: The rooms were very nice and comfortable. It looks like they need a bit of an update, though, but it's not a deal breaker.
