Good place for a couple days

Pros: First of all, we had to change the initial date and Mrs.Daisy was a very sweet and helped us with that over a phone call . Then she happened to be the same person who greeted us on checking-in a really sweet lady she was the highlight for me and my wife staying at that property. The room service was great, professional hospitality was good. Room was clean and the staff in general was nice.

Cons: Now this is where I have mix emotions, about this property. There was 2 charges to my account at 3:00am one for 74.11 and the other for 21 USD, I called in the morning to confirm what was the reason of this, I was told by the front desk guy, that it was a deposit that was placed on hold on my account that was not taken initially, to which I replied that’s a mistake because it was placed initially and the lady was very clear and professional and took it on check in, then he stated it was because of a room service to which I acknowledged and said I didn’t know room charges was taken before check out he did not give a clear answer to that. At check out now I spoke to the same guy at the front desk so he can explain to me so, I understand for future reference while staying there and avoid any confusion, To which he stated (Like if I was slow in a condescending manner) the whole amount was put on hold and now he haves to charge me once I leave and that the whole stay was 30thousand pesos, to which I explain to him that he is mistaken and when I pull my phone out with the initial charges including the room service and stay fare, he was lost for words over the 95 dollars extra charge and try to dismiss it, seeing he’s error and inform me it will be returned to my account and that yes it’s 20,000 pesos total. After I handed him my card he proceeded to give it a little stroke like he was gone break it and said “what you want me to do with this break it?” and gave me my card back which let me with a sower taste just at the end of the stay. I would have given a lower score base on that interaction alone, with that arrogant guy at front desk, but it would not hadn’t been fair to the good outstanding work of everyone else in that establishment. It should never be a problem for a customer to want clarification of what and why there’s a charge. But everything else was great.

Pros: I like very much the service. Waiters and waitress offer an excellent service, always kind, always available and making you feel well and timely attended

Cons: I would like to have more proteins available: bacon, serrano, other choices of cheese (I love the fried cheese that you offer)

Pros: Great location, very clean, modern and very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Das Frühstück war gut für ein Mittelklasse Hotel. Heißes Wasser für Teezubereitung gab es immer. Mitglieder der Copa Fluggesellschaft aus Panama und Militär-Angehörige benuzten es auch. Ein großer Super-Market und Banken waren in der Nähe.

Cons: Die Ausstattung mit Schränken könnte größer sein.

Pros: Great service. Am an returning client and will be soon back. Friendly staff. Ready to help you with everything you need. Now they are changing their elevators for more modern and quiet ones. i had an issue with my safe and the technical team fixed it right away.

One of my best experiences in Santo Domingo after many visits to DR. Hotel room was quiet!

Pros: The hotel was better than I expected. The room was quiet, which is rare in SD. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The 24/7 gym is sufficient. There is a pool area and patio in the back that is understated but tranquil. Wi-fi was strong. My large (K size) bed was comfortable. Hot water was consistent in the shower. Staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant and lobby have lots of places to sit down with your laptop, have a coffee, watch a sports game.

Cons: The TV didn't have many shows in English, but I don't watch much TV and have a laptop, so not a big deal. One elevator was out of service, with one remaining, during my stay. Hotels in the DR are not as nice as in the US, even the same brand/chain, but this one was good overall. Oh, the power went out one night, but came back on within a minute.

Excelente para viajes corporativos. Tiene cosas por mejorar.

Pros: Instalaciones muy cómodas en un buen sector de la ciudad. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para un viaje corporativo.

Cons: El internet es estable pero no llega a más de 15Mbps. Reciclan el pan del desayuno por varios días. La temperatura de la piscina no está temperada a pesar que han sido días relativamente fríos.

Pros: Hotel was centrally located in a very safe zone of the city. Hotel is fully renovated and very modern. Friendly staff and lots of facilities.
