Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing—so helpful, friendly, and kind. They were also really open to sharing their cultures, which made the experience even better. From the front desk team (both day and night), to the bar staff on the evening and night shifts, to the restaurant floor team and the folks at Suspiros Bakery Deli—everyone was just wonderful. It was genuinely comforting and enjoyable talking with all of them. What a great team!

Pros: This is my hotel of choice in Santo Domingo. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient to move around. Good value for money.

Cons: You will smell greasy after you eat breakfast at their restaurant. Needs better ventilation.

Modern and clean

Pros: The hotel is modern and clean, and offers what you expect from Radisson. The bar is nice, and a few good restaurants are located in the nearby area. Nice bathroom and a sizeable room with comfortable beds.

Cons: The area is in the modern part of town and only accessible with car or taxi.

Good place if you are visiting for business

Pros: The staff was great, the guys at the front desk ere very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is close to the main places in Santo Domingo and for me it was the best option as the place that I was going the next day was close it time wise.

Cons: The room doesn't have noise cancellation and I could hear when people were stepping out from the elevator our walking outside my door. It was very uncomfortable because I got to wake up several time during the night thinking that someone was walking in.
