Plaza Florida Suites

Very enjoyable with great staff.

Pros: Room was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: WIFI in my room was terrible. Superfast downstairs but slow in the room.

Pros: The deck staff was awesome. I can't speak Spanish they can speak English but we made it work. They would just great

Pros: Accommodation has all amenities inclusive of refrigerator stove and microwave. staff, basic breakfast but good enough fruit and yogurt included. Staff very accommodating, granted me an extra hour after checking out

It was excellent!

Pros: The suite was large and included a full kitchen, dining room, sitting area, bed and bathroom. The receptionist was outstanding. I booked this for my son and two friends through Booking.com. I misunderstood and thought that I had paid ahead of time with my credit card, but apparently, I had not paid and my son was asked to pay for the room at check in. He did not have a credit card, but he called me, passed the phone to the receptionist and we proceeded to solve the issue through direct deposit. The receptionist was patient, courteous, and super helpful. He allowed the boys to register as soon as I sent him a picture of the bank transfer and before he got a notification from the bank. Then, he informed me when he received the notification himself and sent me a receipt both by WA and email knowing that I would receive WA immediately.

Cons: The fact that nowhere on my Booking.com reservation did it explain that the Hotel's policy is to charge you when you arrive.

I love Plaza Florida Suites.

Pros: I really think this is a fine hotel. I stay here every time I visit Santo Domingo.

Cons: Everything was great as usual.

Pros: La ubicación, lo amplias que son las estancias, el desayuno, el trato del personal.

Cons: Todo fue perfecto.

Muy buena relación precio calidad.

Pros: Habitación muy amplia con cocina. Excelente. Tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Cons: El desayuno es muy básico. Deberían mejorarlo. Ya lo había dicho anteriormente.
