Small Paradise

Pros: This resort is a paradise, you can find everything, drinks, food, some sports water, tennis, gym, 4 restaurants, the staff is willing to help, the beach is clean, there are no children, and there is low noise. For sure we will return to this place.

The best hotel in the Caribbean

Pros: This is our fifth visit, and each time I confirm how fantastic is this hotel. We always stayed in a bungalow, but now I can say the room is excellent. The friendly service from everyone at the hotel makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The facilities are very well maintained, the food is excellent, and the beach is always clean and organized. The people are the best: in the entertainment and company the fun and intelligent Ariel, the friendly Michael, and the lovely Shelly, supported by Iandra, Uli and everyone else (all they make me remember Chocolate); in the sea activities Wagner; in the bar, Walkie and Sammy preparing the Churchill; and on the beach, Luisa. The smiling María and Carlos (Pitbull) in the dining room were always kind. Without Santo, there are no miracles (Sin Santo no hay milagro)... Thank you, Santo, for being attentive to everything.

Cons: The few beach towels. I am not a member of the VIVA club but I don't like being approached to sell their plans.

Great stay!

Pros: The staff (especially Justine, Alex and Javier who were very dedicated), the swimming pool, the location, the beach access as well as the amenities.

Cons: The buffet could have been a bit more diversified. Also, the rooms were very damp, but that’s not that’s easily fixable given the local climate.

Pros: The size of the hotel is ideal! not too bigso you dont need to walk long to the beach, restaurants, etc.

Cons: The staff will approach you sneakily inviting you to an special breakfast and it turns out to be a commercial session in which they intend to sell you time-sharing memberships. Not nice to spend precious time of your holiday listening to a sales guy

Pros: Beautiful beach, good waves and inventory for watersports, good coctails, very good buffet, fresh and tasty pineapples

Cons: First few rooms were very damp (sheets wet from humidity). Last room had no working a/c and was +27, but at least not damp. It takes too much time to get food in restaurants, I cannot wait 2h everytime just to have a meal
