Comfortable needs work

Pros: Bedroom...although insulation not good as traffic noise was audible at all times. Beds very comfortable lots of pillows. The lifts worked well. Breakfast good

Cons: Staff in general were not very welcoming and friendly. I think they were putting on a show for the visiting higher management. Pool was cold. Restaurant menu not interesting.

Comfortable and stylish

Pros: The bed, pillows, bathroom, the bedroom generally. Great view, comfortable, spacious, plenty of surfaces. The atrium, the hotel design and layout.

Cons: The open hanging space...a door or curtain would have looked better. The pool was cold. The food menus in restaurant and lobby.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with lots of choice probably the best in Santo Domingo and I’ve stayed in a lot of different hotels in the area

Cons: WiFi didn’t work in the room :(
