LARGE ROOMS, nice, small breakfast in the morning.

Pros: While the PLAZA de INDEPENDENCIA (the ZONA HISTORICA COLONIAL) is a better location for seeing the Capital, this hotel is good for an arrival by SHIP!!! Near the Malecon...One of the RECEPTION DESK is a guy who LOVES TO PRACTICE HIS ENGLISH with you...(I believe his name is JOSE?) Nice guy!! BIG ROOMS, Free morning coffee, restaurant attached to this Property.

Cons: There are only 3 restaurants in this immediate area...

Pros: I liked the location. I like Daniellio he works at night! He made our stay in DR worth it 🙂he speaks English . He told us how to take the taxi and bus plus we speak English in a Spanish creole speaking country 🤣🤣🤣 it was funny using peso and try to translate what they were saying 🤣🤣 no habla espanol 🤣🙂. I had a wonderful time 🥳🥳🥳thank you Daniellio and the other guy for your help I appreciate it 😃😃

Cons: The lady receptionist that worked in the day at the hotel is the worst of all. Extremely poor customer service except for high end paying customers they get better treatment. Face not pleasant 😡. She should work in the back of the hotel.

Its was definitely a 2-star hotel experience but over all nice place to stay. Great staff.

Pros: The hotel met and slightly exceed our expectation for a 2-star hotel. The staff was quick and helpful, even with a little bit of a language burrier. The complementary breakfast was quite delicious, a printed menu would have been helpful though.

Cons: We would have appreciated getting a few extra pillows, but we were fine other then that. No complaints.

Pros: Estaba cómodo y limpio. Y tiene muy buena ubicación. Para ir de paso es buena opción.

Cons: No me gusta que el televisor no funcionaba. No coje Internet, cable etc... Solo esta puesta de lujo. Pero no funciona para nada. Y el baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento.

Adaptarse al tiempo

Pros: Las atenciones y el aire acondicionado estaba bueno 👍.

Cons: Bueno tienen que darle más cuidado a la instalación ya que noto que donde estábamos había un poco de humedad y no tan buena la calidad para las expectativas que el cliente espera en este tiempo las personas andan buscando calidad , buenas condiciones y adaptarse a las exigencias y modernidad del tiempo.
