Excellent stay, good value for money

Pros: Low cost, no frills, great value, ideal location. Excellent shallow bay area for swimming with my young son. Friendly staff,

Cons: Lots of little things could be improved - that said, no little issues that could ruin anyone's stay. Cheap and cheerful option.

Pros: The atmosphere and energy were great thr staff were amazing and the selection at the buffet was good. It was a short stay and we didn't explore to many amenities due to lack of time but would of enjoyed staying longer

Cons: For me and my husband the room was perfect , a little dated but the necessary amenities were there .

Pros: Loved the view and beach area, staff friendly and great food.

Cons: I think there is space for improvement on the entertainment and the beds are very hard.

Pros: The staff try their best to please you. The beach was good. It was a very friendly and comfortable environment. Wande the best staff!

Cons: The room did not clean enough, and we only received limited towels.

Except for the issues stated above I really enjoyed my stay at Whala Boca Chica I would go back agai

Pros: Location was great also pool, food, staff was excellent

Cons: The front lobby desk it seemed were not informed enough could use improvement with better training also the housekeeping could use improvement due to bath towels removed from room and not replaced I had to go to front lobby desk and request bath towels twice only after my 2nd visit to front desk I received towels in a timely manner.

Quarto maravilhoso.

Pros: Nosso quarto era maravilhoso, enorme, confortável, completo. A vista para o mar incrível. De modo geral, as instalações são agradáveis e a qualidade da comida e bebida compatível com o valor pago pela acomodação.

Cons: Os funcionários demoram a fazer a limpeza das mesas no restaurante buffet. O restaurante com reservas é muito fraco e o meu prato chegou frio.
