Great Hotel!

Pros: The Food is very good and varied. The Staff were really friendly especially Juan and Landis. The Beach is very beautiful. Plenty of shade and Sunbeds.

Pros: Nice size, not too big or too small. Beautiful grounds. Ample beach and pool chairs. Good choices at the buffet. Great staff.

Cons: We paid extra for a specific type of room that was specified on the reservation, but we were initially given something of much less quality in an undesirable location (overlooking the parking lot when we paid for a sea view). They corrected it when we brought it up, but it was a hassle to have to drag the luggage back and forth after travelling a very long time. They should follow the reservation in the first place and save everyone time and energy. Another thing - dinner reservations are cutthroat. They only give you an hour in the morning to make the reservation and everyone has to line up. Even if you show up early, there will be lots of people already waiting. By the time you get to the front, there is barely anything left, if anything at all. Other resorts take reservations all day until mid afternoon - makes it much easier and more relaxed.

Pros: We spent our honeymoon in this amazing resort where you can find many activities to do, starting from the activities with the animators to the mini golf, basketball and tennis courts. Food is amazing the staff is friendly and nice.

Always above and Beyond!

Pros: The beach is calm and clean. One of my favorite in those side of the island.

Cons: The dedication, good attitude and love from the staff is beyond words. Especially the Manage Mr. Salomon Fanny from the buffet, Francisco a sweetheart, Santo from the Bar, I wish to clone all of them to have only nice people. Thank you so much❤️

Cons: Lunch and dinner was terrible not good enough for my money I went out to eat sis lol that was wasted money I had no plans on spending not good enough you all need to do something about

Pros: The food was excellent. Big buffet, two restaurants and 24h open snack bar. The pool was great and has a pool bar. The beach was nice. The room was clean, the staff was funny. Overall the experience was super good.
