A nice and comfortable holiday!

Cons: The beach, is not nice almost dirty

Pros: You have everything you need in one place. There’s lots for everyone to do, from small kids to adults.

Cons: It’s a little far from any other town.

Affordable family vacation in paradise

Pros: Service was good, kid friendly, pool was nice, small and easy to walk around, buffet had good options, the a la carte restaurants were really good. The spa was really nice. They also had a lot of activities during the day and at night to entertained us.

Cons: the rains ruined the beach while we were there so that was disappointing, but not their fault. The rooms do look a little worn out and might need a touch up. There was a lack of communication resources, we never knew when the pool/beach grill opened or closed.

Pros: Service and staff were superb. Special thank you to front desk and to senor Gomez of the restaurant service, for going the extra mile with a smile.

Cons: The waters of the beach was filled with jelly fish. Made it impossible to enter the waters. Pool only.

Pros: The place was beautiful, the crew was welcoming and the food was really good!

Cons: We upgraded our room to bahia principe bouganville on our arrival because we were celebrating our honeymoon, the room we got was nice, but we had barely any hot water and the stream eas really low, we ask the hotel for help but we felt like it wasn't taken seriously, also to bathroom door somehow got locked from the inside, it took them like 25 minutes to come and unlock it.

Pros: room view Alejandro and Aurora - are the best customer service managers , separate thanks to Osvaldo for helping us with the farmacy translations and explaining the situation

Cons: medical centre , awful the doctors were not qualified
