Highly recommended resort

Pros: The staff were all incredibly friendly & helpful. The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged. Great location. The chefs were fantastic at guiding me to gluten free food options, even if it was a wait sometimes to get their attention. The gym was great. The pools & loungers were lovely.

Cons: The sea was full of jellyfish, not clear water. There was no cocktail menu, you had to make up what you wanted. The room walls were thin & I was frequently woken by other guests nighttime activities. The food was a challenge for coeliac disease as nothing was labelled with allergens. No mosquito net around the bed, most bites I got at night in my room.

Amazing staff, beautiful grounds.

Pros: The grounds are beautiful, it is kept very clean. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The buffet food was amazing!

Cons: For a 5 star this needs updating. The rooms were tired and one of us had a leaky bathroom toilet sink and ceiling that they fixed. The Asian restaurant was not high quality enough for a la carte. We had a dinner on the beach and one of us was vegetarian. We told them this when booking and said no meat no fish and then they brought out chicken ravioli that was replaced by veggies and salmon. If you choose to be vegetarian or vegan this wouldn’t be the best choice unless you are ok with buffet every meal. They need to have a vegetarian option on the menus marked clearly. If you want clear Caribbean waters this hotel doesn’t have the blue clear waters as the bay is murky.

Pros: The resort, the staff and all amenities were excellent !!

Cons: Seawater in front of the resort was dirty.

Pros: I love everything, Servers like Buenaventura and Johan do a great service. Exceptional service. And I Love the entertainment crew, they make me feel super Special, Mickey is a great person with great personality like all of them. My Name is Ricardo Fuentes from Puerto Rico.

Cons: Too many flies in the buffet area, the other thing was the TV in room 54217, problems because I saw the TV with bright lines. Little things like the controller didn't work and sometimes I would report it to be fixed, the jacuzzi was fixed instantly because it kept emptying.

Pros: Staff very friendly and allways tried to make us feel good going out of their way to provide us what we needed.

Cons: don't have the same drinks in all the bars, sometimes the staff had to borrow from another bar. Mattresses should be more confortable.

Cons: being a tennis coach we where so so disappointed on the on the condition of the courts totally RUN DOWN no maintenance what so ever the pro is going mad management not responding the courts are not only in bad shape they dangerous be careful we tried on morning that was it to DANGEROUS please tell the management to have a look before ....something bad happen

Pros: La struttura è dotata di due piscine, una senza animazione l'altra (sulla spiaggia) con animazione quindi c'è la possibilità di restare in un'area più tranquilla; i ristoranti a menù conviene prenotarli appena arrivati, in tutti abbiamo mangiato bene e la possibilità di prenotare anche in quelli dell'albergo limitrofo offre un'ampia offerta. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente in camera, il Direttore dell'albergo in un primo tempo è stato necessario chiedere un incontro con lui, ma poi si è dimostrato attento, premuroso e ci ha offerto un trattamento a risarcimento della disavventura

Cons: Il menù del ristorante a buffet è di buon livello, ma ripetitivo, l'offerta era ogni giorno la medesima Non tutto il personale della reception era all'altezza della struttura, alcuni sono risultati decisamente svogliati, o, pensando non capissimo lo spagnolo, si sono permessi commenti di scherno decisamente fuori luogo
