Dreams La Romana All-Inclusive Resort & Spa

Pros: food was great, grilled meet and fresh fisch, very safe and clean presentation great beach with nice swimming option, no seewead great gym

Cons: badroom was with moldy smell, the door of it at the end of the week had cracks because of the mold, the top shower was always dripping the animation was relatively loud, with less volume it would be just to amazing to listen at sea breaze and all the various birds, very nice animals like pelikans at the beach

Fantastic holidays with fantastic staff - would absolutely advise

Pros: The kids club staff and animators were superb Good pools and restaurants - the water park adds a nice dimension. Good food and drinks Very warm staff overall

Cons: Beach cleanliness with algae, plastic and even broken glass and wood showing during the day and one only clean early morning The best restaurants seem to be on the secrets side whit families unable to attend Upgrades and late checkout fees are very high and looked arbitrary

Pros: Aww the beach and pool was amazing. Love that they have different things to do for families and adults. The check in Staff where great. The staff by the family pool by the lobby they were all great. The room size was great. The beds were nice and comfortable. This place is so big . Kids water park _the lazy river was fun. My kids loved it.

Cons: The buffet style is great but some food weren't what I was expecting. For instance mangue a dominican dish was tasteless. The kitchen staff not the ones serving the drinks. The ones that you give your plate to get the food you want. They not so friendly. Even though they had mask on you can still hear and see people's expression and I felt like they didn't want to be bothered. The room floors looked like they were dirty but I think It's just the style of the floor. The bathroom shower door didn't close properly so the water would come out.

Pros: The hotel and food was excellente. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a magnificent vacation.

Very lovely resort with excellent staff

Pros: Buffet Breakfast at the spice market was awesome staff was friendly and courteous. Gorde Avial not sure i spell the last name right was excellent and professional

Cons: The quality of the drinks could’ve been a bit better the chaser use to mix were not good. Room was a bit noisy from birds chirping that were living in the loft above. Room needs a bit of updating shower didn’t drain properly and leaked at the shower glass

Cons: Beach was not available with seaweeds! Something must be done or they should advise customers of the periods where the beach is off limits

Great vacation

Pros: This is an amazing hotel with wonderful beach and great facilities for families. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and we are grateful to hotel and staff for amazing vacation.

Cons: I was very disappointed with the resort doctor Anthony Rodriguez. I saw him when my 4 years old son got ear infection. I paid 195 USD and he did not even prescribe medication and directed us to Bavaro hospital. So, I spent in total 3 hours to hospital and back in road with sick baby and it was stressful and inconvenient experience for my son. Also due to long distance I had to pay 140 USD for taxi which is not refundable by my medical insurance. Later I learned that there was a big modern hospital in La Romana which was very close to our resort. He could direct me to that hospital and I could avoid waste of time and money. I believe doctor should have some empathy to patients especially when the patient is kid.

A real 5 star gem

Pros: 1st class 5 star resort on the beach, newly updated with exceptional rooms and good dining options

Cons: Beach chairs constantly reserved by 8am. They must sort out this problem
