Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. From the amazing staff at breakfast, to the restaurant. We definitely recommend taking a tour with the hotel driver Felix, he went above and beyond to show us the amazing town and must see locations

Pros: Very nice hotel with comfortable and very clean rooms and friendly staff Excellent breakfast and great location in the Colonial District
Cons: The gym is a bit small, could benefit from relocation to a bigger space and some more equipment

It was a great stay!
Pros: The location was perfect. We where there for a wedding and decided to spend the night instead of going back to the city.
Cons: You can hear a lot of noises from outside.

Old colonial grandeur with great drinks
Pros: Great Location in the Heart of colonial old town, the drinks and food were really good and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons: unfortunately our AC didn’t work and we had to change the room in the middle of the night. The pool is in the direct sun so you cannot use it during the day.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Colonial Zone.
Pros: I liked a lot about this hotel! LOCATION !! We walked to everything in the historic, Colonial Zone, including some amazing restaurants in the evening. Breakfast Coffee & croissant complementary and delicious and $ Breakfast in lobby also very good - egg chef cooks to order. Boutique feel to the hotel - beautiful spaces and art, sunny courtyard for lounging and dinning, small but cozy rooftop pool with bar, tables and a couple of lounging spaces. ( they served Valentines dinner poolside with music the night we were there). It is a small hotel - you can look up from the open-air court yard and pretty much see all the rooms. Staff were all very accommodating. Very clean and well maintained. They front desk hooked us up with a driver who works for them ( Felix ) who was WONDERFUL.
Cons: This critique is a bit nit-picky because the PROS far outweight the CONS. Other than front desk staff, most didn't speak English. But, then again, it is a Spanish speaking country and I didn't speak Spanish. The rooms all face into an open air court yard, most with only interior view windows. It can get noisy if there is an event anywhere on the premises. Our toilet wouldn't flush and we had to call maintenance twice. The third time was 10:00 PM and the on-duty staff couldn't fix it so they sent us to another room to sleep for that night. It was fixed when we returned to our room in the morning. So it was a problem, but they did their best to fix it and keep us comfortable.
