Pros: Beautiful hotel, it really is like staying in a wonderful museum. Lovely courtyard and rooftop sitting area. Perfectly situated in the old town, within a short walk of all sites. Would highly recommend.

Historical beauty in the heart of Zona Colonial.

Pros: the actual structure is absolutely STUNNING, historical. incredible experience. The internal courtyard is picture worthy. The size of the rooms is also good. the breakfast is homemade and very tasty, they make it for you on the spot

Cons: our aircon unit broke fully and they couldn’t move us rooms, and the night employee couldn’t really use critical thinking to give us an extra fan for the room. However the manager solved the issue on the next day and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. So it was kind of them. It’s slightly noisy in the morning because it’s close to one of the main squares, but it’s perfectly silent at night.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a beautiful old building, with a nice patio and traditional elements. The location is perfect, just steps away from any sight in the colonial center.

Cons: Because of the old building, our room smelled of mold and my allergy worsened. Just one small window without glass in the room, not enough to ventilate .

Cons: Amenities No tea or coffee or water in the rooms No wifi in the rooms Says cable TV but stuck on one channel, whether it be old batteries in remote..not sure

Best location, historical building

Pros: Location was great, it located in the center of zona colonial. You can access to sightseeing spots on foot.

Cons: I encountered a large insect, but it is not hotel's fault as it is a very old building. The atmosphere of the hotel was great.
