Pros: Great location. Maikel was great, very friendly and spoke to guests with respect! Comfortable rooms and very clean, I enjoyed my nights here. Raisa was also very helpful and made my stay here very comfortable - helping with cleaning and all queries! A very satisfying stay, I would recommend!

Great location
Pros: Excellent location for going to beach side or into town. Very interesting area. Great restaurants and shopping. Museum round the corner also interesting laying out their history. Room was okay and comfortable.
Cons: Stairs, no lift. Pool out of order (although we were previously advised was under maintenance). Although advised of food allergy/intolerance nothing was provided.

Pros: I like the location right there in the middle of the colonial areas close to the famous el conde street. You can just walk to everything that the colonial are offers.. restaurants, bars, the beach, parks.
Cons: The breakfast... it was good just need a little more organized with more plates, coffee cups. Cuz you need to wait for them to clean then because it looks like they noontime have that many. Besides that all was really good.

Pros: Everything was clean and well maintained. It’s a quiet place, perfect for relaxing.
Cons: The only small downside was that the internet in our room didn’t always work, but overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. Would book it again if we come back.
Pros: Great hotel. The room was functional and very clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool on the top floor, but we saw it and it looked amazing. The breakfast in the roof terrace was also quite special because of the view and also because we loved the fresh fruit and local products (vegetable puree and cakes and bread).

Pros: Nice hotel, very great location 5 minutes away from the pedestrian street, and not far from the different places to visit in Santo Domingo. Nice view from the top of the building. Wifi isn't working very well.

Very good overall, breakfast needs slight improvements
Pros: Very modern, nice looking, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Great for the price. We asked staff where we could park, and they suggested a small parking lot available very close to the hotel for about 10$ per night. I would not suggest to leave the car on the street. Good breakfast. They had fruits, croissants, cake, toast, coffee, juice etc. You could even ask for fresh waffles.
Cons: Not many negative points. Bathroom was slightly dark with just one light in the middle. While the breakfast was good, it could be served better. Everything was covered with the plastic wrap which served no purpose, because once it gets tangled, noone can put it back anymore. They would only make waffles if you asked for them which felt like a burdain. There could be more plates available, coffe jug could be larger, more fruit could be pre-cut etc. In general it was still OK, but could be better with slightly more effort.

Pros: Great location close to the city center and the walk by the ocean, very nice and helpful staff, nice rooftop, breakfast... 100% would come back there for a stop in Santo Domingo.

Good value for the money and place
Pros: The room was very large, clean with wireless phone chargers and clima control. Walk-in shower and bathroom with soap were added value, though in Europe is standard. Well situated close to Ciudad Colonial, is easy to reach.
Cons: No elevator but the stuff was friendly to help me so was all good.
