A lovely hotel in a lovely part of town.

Pros: Pretty much everything - from the building itself to the wonderful “real” (no buffet nonsense) breakfast to the staff (friendly, attentive and efficient) to the manager (multilingual with a very sharp eye for detail).

Pros: Elegant hotel in the historic center of the city. The exquisite interior of the colonial house captivates the eye. Perfect cleanliness in the room. Supposedly a simple breakfast, but with the flavor of a fashionable restaurant. If you have any doubts about booking - do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel with outstanding breakfast

Pros: Great locations, we parked easily on the street with no problems. Tastefully decorated, rooms are adequately sized, ours also had a terrace. Stand out feature is the 3 course breakfast with the chef’s outstanding attention to detail & delicious dishes.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of town

Pros: What a beautiful hotel! Our room upstairs was lovely. The courtyard and small pool were gorgeous and the breakfast was to die for. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Santo Domingo

Cons: Our only minor issue was with the reception person. He seemed very unhappy (or perhaps unwell) and we found this slightly unnerving. However, the staff at breakfast were wonderful

Pros: The breakfast was superb. The choices were amazing. They cook fabulous eggs ! we love the location. It is the perfect place to stay in the colonial area.

Cons: communication was difficult with some staff because my spanish is terrible but they were lovely and we always worked it out !

Simply the best!

Pros: Fantastic hospitable boutique hotel, amazing 4 course gourmet breakfast that lasts you all day. Clean room, super friendly and helpful staff. Simply the best. Breakfast top out of 105 countries and hundreds of hotels visited. Great location and nicely decorated traditional house in the zona Colonial.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
